If there was ever an automotive equivalent to competitive Grizzly Bear riding, it was Group B.

Spent a good 7 minutes last night watching old clips on the YouTube. Post up your fav pictures or vids from the golden age of rally.

Is there any data to show split times between Group B cars and modern WRC cars? Some people have suggested that modern WRC cars are just as fast, if not faster than the old Group B cars, mostly due to suspension and tire technology.

Not meaning to start a debate, or minimize the awesomeness of Group B, but just wondering if the data is out there.
